1. Introduction
This Legal Agreement ("Agreement") governs the participation in the SreDdot Cloud Free Cloud Computing Plan ("Program"). By participating in this Program, you ("Participant") agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this document.
2. Eligibility
- Participants must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
- The Program is available to users who purchase a qualifying cloud service plan through SreDdot Cloud.
- To be eligible for a refund, Participants must share their unique referral link with three friends who must purchase an equivalent or higher-value plan.
3. Refund Conditions
- Refunds are only provided if the referred friends purchase services of equal or greater value than the original Participant's order.
- If fewer than three friends sign up through the referral link, the Participant will receive a partial refund equal to 30% of the total order value for each valid referral.
- Refunds are processed only after verification of the referred friends' purchases.
4. Payment Processing
- All payments related to the Program are processed exclusively through Stripe, a globally recognized and secure payment gateway.
- Stripe’s payment services are employed to ensure the integrity and security of all transactions and to prevent fraudulent activities.
- Participants agree to use Stripe as the sole payment method for transactions related to this Program.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Participants must not engage in any form of fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Program. This includes, but is not limited to, creating fake accounts, manipulating the referral process, or any other activity intended to deceive SreDdot Cloud or other users.
- Any suspected fraudulent activity will result in immediate disqualification from the Program, forfeiture of any refunds, and potential legal action.
6. Termination and Changes
- SreDdot Cloud reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated through our website or directly to Participants.
- SreDdot Cloud may terminate the participation of any user found to be in violation of this Agreement.
7. Liability
- SreDdot Cloud is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the termination of the Program or the disqualification of any Participant for violating this Agreement.
- Participants agree to indemnify and hold SreDdot Cloud harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the Program.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of D. Colo. US. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of D. Colo. US.
